Thunderbird
A Thunderbird contact and addressbook add on.
Adds an item to the addressbook Tools menu and a button to the addressbook menubar. Once you have set the appropriate options, this add-on can update your address book when one of your contacts changes their address.
Download from the Thunderbird plugins site.
You'll need to have a free ContactClean account, if you aren't registered already, to use the Add-on.
Zindus
If you use a plugin like Zindus to sync Thunderbird with Google Mail then you can use the ContactClean Remote Update feature to keep both GMail and Thunderbird addressbooks up to date.
