The more accurate and complete the information the quicker your account request will be processed.

You should use a "*master" address (i.e. hostmaster, postmaster or webmaster@your.domain) to prove you have admin authority at that domain. If this is not possible write an explanation in the Company Description field.

When the account has been upgraded there will be extra options available under the My Account -> Search-License Keys menu. Click "Show Enterprise Keys" then "Create Client License" for each client list you manage.
