If you use GMail then use ContactClean to keep your address book up to date when a contact changes their email address.

This is particularly useful if you’re interested in using Google’s new switch to GMail capability.

Sign up for an account if you don’t have one then select My Account -> Remote Update

You can also use it to keep your Thunderbird address book up to date
